I am wishing all of you good health and happiness. The previous years has taught all of us to value this more than anything else. We achieved a healthy growth in Net Profit, Net Interest Income and Balance Sheet size without compromising on asset quality. I am proud of my colleagues and thank all of them for this performance despite, the difficulties they had to face. As an organisation we learnt regularly and continued to serve our customers.

Bank is offering great products like different kinds of Savings, Loans, Remittance and Utility Payments. District Cooperative Bank Ltd. Pilibhit still needs to expand its services to its members and as a CEO, I would like to commit to all the members that the services of Bank will be made more accessible & effective in upcoming days.

Technology become a crucial part of banking industry, it continues to remain both a strength as well as an area for improvement. In the last couple of years our technological capability has been questioned. But at the same time, we improved technological capability. We would not have become a Bank of grown market share without having a strong technology backbone and we are committed to provide new technological services to the customers.

Bank is growing in all the areas, we must increase our efforts to ensure that our esteemed member's today and future are bright by providing them best products, services and every support they require.

These accomplishments would not be possible without the hard work of our employees and the support of our board of directors.
